i. Biography
Éric Collinet is a French winegrower and proprietor of Champagne Éric Collinet, an organic boutique champagne estate in Bragelogne-Beauvoir within the Côte des Bar region of southern Champagne. Originally from the Limousin, Collinet established his 2.25-hectare estate in 1987 alongside his wife Martine, transitioning entirely to certified organic viticulture. He combines low-intervention winemaking and extended lees aging with agroforestry and the cultivation of Burgundy truffles on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils.
