Félix Jiménez is the chef behind Kiro Sushi in Logroño, La Rioja, a restaurant he opened in 2015 and later relocated within the city. Kiro Sushi earned a Michelin star, and Jiménez is a Riojan sushi specialist and the kitchen lead at the restaurant.
