Since 2016, Weingut Florian Robert Müller in Schwaigern am Heuchelberg has been a working site for a cellar style built on restraint and place. Florian's signature dishes include 2018 Florian Robert Spätburgunder Grafenberg, 2017 Schwaigern Heuchelberg Lemberger trocken, 2017 »Aderlauf« trocken, 2018 Rosé trocken, and 2016 Heuchelberg Spätburgunder. Together, these wines show a producer working across varieties and formats without losing a clear cellar line. Grafenberg suggests a site-led reading, while the Heuchelberg Spätburgunder bottlings stay closer to the estate ground beneath them. The trocken wines and Rosé widen the range without making it diffuse.
