Frédéric Lafarge

Frédéric Lafarge is the winemaker and co-manager associated with Domaine Michel Lafarge in Volnay, Burgundy, where he joined the family estate in 1978 and later took primary direction of the domaine. He and his wife Chantal Vial founded Domaine Lafarge-Vial in 2014 in Beaujolais, building a separate project around Fleurie, Chiroubles, and Côte de Brouilly. The estates are run with biodynamic and organic practices, and Domaine Lafarge-Vial received Demeter certification in 2019.
