i. Biography
Frédéric Boutin is the owner and winemaker of Domaine La Boutinière in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, a family estate founded by Félix Vidal. He took over the vines in 1997 and has since steered production with a focus on respecting tradition; third-party wine references also is a fourth-generation grower at the property.
