i. Biography
Gustavo Prieto is the Director of Biodynamics at Tablas Creek Vineyard in Paso Robles, California, and has worked at the winery since 2007. Born and raised in Chile, he developed an early interest in agriculture on his grandfather’s farm, later earned a degree in fruit science from Cal Poly, and received a wine certificate from Cal Poly. At Tablas Creek, he works across the biodynamics program, cellar work, vineyard projects, and the staff garden.
