Jane Baxter

Jane Baxter is a chef, food writer, and cookbook author based in Devon, best known for setting up Riverford Field Kitchen in 2005 and for running the food and events business Wild Artichokes in Kingsbridge. She trained at the Carved Angel under Joyce Molyneux before moving to the River Café, and her work with Riverford included writing the Riverford Farm Cookbooks, one of which won Guild of Food Writers awards. She is the head chef or owner-chef at Wild Artichokes and a regular BBC Saturday Kitchen contributor.
