Jany Gleize is the chef at La Bonne Étape in Château-Arnoux-Saint-Auban, a family-run gastronomic house in Provence that has held a Michelin star since 1964. Official and industry sources describe him as the child of Château-Arnoux who took over the family house and carries forward Provençal cuisine rooted in the region and its local products.
