Jean-Dominique Vacheron

Jean-Dominique Vacheron is a winemaker and co-leader of Domaine Vacheron in Sancerre, where he and his cousin Jean-Laurent Vacheron run the family estate and have championed biodynamic viticulture. He is part of the next generation that joined the domaine in the 1990s, with the estate fully converted to biodynamics by the mid-2000s. The domaine is known for parcel-specific Sancerre wines made from Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir across roughly 46-48 hectares in the Loire Valley.
