Jean-Louis Poudou

Jean-Louis Poudou is the longtime figure behind Domaine La Tour Boisée in Laure-Minervois, in the Minervois area of the Languedoc-Roussillon, where he took over leadership in 1982 and helped shape the estate’s modern vineyard and olive-growing profile. Sources consistently describe him as a vigneron/winemaker and founder/manager of the domaine, while more recent reporting indicates the property is now in the hands of the Guilhem family and that Jean-François Ruiz handles vineyard and vinification work.
