Jean-Philippe Fichet

Jean-Philippe Fichet is the proprietor and winemaker of Domaine Jean-Philippe Fichet in Meursault, Burgundy, where he has been active since taking over family vineyard work in 1981 and later building the domaine parcel by parcel. His estate is known for white Burgundy from Meursault and nearby appellations, including holdings in lieux-dits such as Les Chevalières, Les Tessons, and Puligny-Montrachet Les Referts. He is the third generation of winemakers in his family and as working with sustainable, precision-focused viticulture and careful élevage.
