Kelly Fields is an American winemaker and microbiologist currently serving as the Winemaker at Realm Cellars in Napa Valley, California. After beginning her career in medical research at the Scripps Research Institute, she spent 18 years at Joseph Phelps Vineyards, including more than a decade as Assistant Winemaker. Following her tenure as Winemaker at Tench Vineyards in Oakville, she joined Realm Cellars in 2025 to oversee day-to-day cellar and winemaking operations.
