Lucien Guillemet is the owner and winemaker of the Margaux estates Château Boyd-Cantenac and Château Pouget, both held by the Guillemet family, with Boyd-Cantenac describing him as continuing the family legacy alongside his nephew Olivier Salques. The Boyd-Cantenac site identifies him as an oenologist and agricultural engineer who first gained experience heading production at a prestigious neighboring Grand Cru estate before taking over the family property. Secondary sources also place him at the helm of Château Pouget since 1996 and note that he previously worked as estate manager at Château Giscours.
