Mario Céspedes

Mario Céspedes is a Peruvian chef born in Lima who develops a personal culinary project across the Ronda 14 restaurants in Spain, where he presents a Peru-driven fusion style based on Asturian produce. He is also identified as the chef behind Cilindro in Madrid, a restaurant that expands his cooking toward a more criollo, house-style Peruvian concept. He is leading the project with Conchi Álvarez and the chef directing the brand’s restaurants in Avilés, Madrid, Pozuelo, and Málaga.
