Mathew Meeker is the executive chef at Fancypants in Nashville, Tennessee, where he helped shape the restaurant’s opening culinary program and later led a 2026 menu refresh toward a more flexible à la carte format. He previously worked in Nashville kitchens including Butcher & Bee, Husk, Peninsula, and Bastion, and later.C. before returning to guide Fancypants’ next chapter.
