Melissa M. Martin is a New Orleans chef and restaurant owner who founded Mosquito Supper Club in 2014 as a communal dining project rooted in her Cajun upbringing in Chauvin, Louisiana. Her restaurant serves home-style South Louisiana cooking, and her cookbook work includes Mosquito Supper Club and Bayou.
