Mohamad Orfali is a Syrian chef from Aleppo who co-founded Orfali Bros in Dubai with his brothers Wassim and Omar. He is the Chef de Cuisine at Orfali Bros, a Bib Gourmand restaurant known for blending bistro culture with Syrian and regional influences. The brothers first launched Orfali Bros as a teaching establishment in 2015 before opening their Dubai bistro in 2021.
