i. Biography
Mylène Bru is a French winemaker and the owner of Domaine Mylène Bru, a small organic vineyard north of Sète in Saint-Pargoire, in the Languedoc region of southern France. Her domaine was created in 2008 and has been certified organic since its creation; it farms about 5 hectares across roughly 15 parcels and produces red, white, and sparkling wines. She is coming from a family of winemakers from the Corbières and as working biodynamically with artisanal, natural winemaking methods.
