i. Biography
Nikki Reginaldo is the general manager and managing partner of Kato in Los Angeles, a Taiwanese-American tasting-menu restaurant that moved to ROW DTLA in 2022 and was awarded recognition including a Michelin star under her front-of-house leadership. She joined Kato as a busser in August 2016 and advanced to general manager by February 2017, later helping oversee the restaurant’s growth and operations as a partner.
