i. Biography
Norman Rink is the co-founder and Geschäftsführer of OX casual fine dining in Darmstadt, which he operates with his brother David Rink. The restaurant opened in November 2019 in Darmstadt’s Martinsviertel, and OX. both brothers is deeply involved in the restaurant’s kitchen and service, and the business is registered at Mauerstraße 6 in Darmstadt.
