Norman Rink is the co-founder and Geschäftsführer of OX casual fine dining in Darmstadt, which he operates with his brother David Rink. The restaurant opened in November 2019 in Darmstadt’s Martinsviertel, and OX received a Michelin star in 2022. both brothers is deeply involved in the restaurant’s kitchen and service, and the business is registered at Mauerstraße 6 in Darmstadt.
