Patrick Pistolesi

Patrick Pistolesi is the founder and owner/bartender of Drink Kong in Rome, a cocktail bar that opened in 2018, and the creator of its adjacent extension, Nite Kong, which was introduced in 2023 as a more nightclub-oriented space focused on classics, Champagne, and nightlife.
