    Paul Froggatt is Director of Culinary at ROKI Collection in Queenstown, where he leads the hotel's dining program, including Essence and The Terrace. His career includes Michelin-starred kitchens in Europe and Asia, almost a decade as Executive Chef of Huka Lodge, and a later tenure at Kauri Cliffs before joining ROKI.
