Pierre Hermé

Pierre Hermé is a French master pastry chef, chocolatier, and co-founder of Maison Pierre Hermé Paris, widely recognized for revolutionizing modern French haute pâtisserie. He began his apprenticeship under Gaston Lenôtre at age 14 before leading pastry creations at Fauchon and Maison Ladurée. In 1998, Hermé established his namesake brand with Charles Znaty, expanding internationally and earning the title of World's Best Pastry Chef from The World's 50 Best Restaurants.
