Quentin André is the Executive Chef of Terre Blanche Hotel Spa Golf Resort in Tourrettes, France, overseeing all culinary venues including the one-Michelin-starred restaurant Le Faventia. Born in Besançon and raised in Corsica, he developed his classical culinary technique working across prestigious kitchens in the Pierre Gagnaire restaurant group in Paris, London, and Courchevel. After serving for years as executive sous-chef alongside Christophe Schmitt, André was appointed Executive Chef in September 2024, spotlighting seasonal, eco-responsible Provençal gastronomy.
