Rémi Chambard is the chef of Le Corot at Les Étangs de Corot in Ville-d’Avray, near Paris, where he presents a cuisine inspired by surrounding nature and the terroir francilien. He is joined Les Étangs de Corot in 2012 and that Le Corot earned its first Michelin star; Gault&Millau also notes the restaurant has been awarded 3 toques. He is originally from Charente-Maritime.
