René Stein is the head chef and Küchenchef at Restaurant Tisane in Nürnberg’s Augustinerhof district, where the restaurant presents a chef’s table format with 16 seats around an open kitchen. Tisane received a Michelin star, and city tourism materials describe Stein and his team cooking in front of guests at the counter.
