Sam Hellman-Mass is an Austin restaurateur and founding partner behind Suerte, the East Sixth modern Mexican restaurant that opened in 2018, and Este, the coastal Mexican seafood restaurant that opened on Manor Road in 2022. He is a founder/owner of these restaurants, and Este was launched as a second concept from the Suerte team.
