i. Biography
Sébastien Vauxion is the Chef of Le Sarkara at Le K2 Palace in Courchevel and the Executive Pastry Chef for Le K2 Collections. After training with masters including Pierre Hermé, Yannick Alléno, and Pierre Gagnaire, he conceived Le Sarkara as a groundbreaking gastronomic dessert restaurant. Le Sarkara earned its second Michelin star under his leadership, making Vauxion the first chef to win two Michelin stars for an all-dessert restaurant concept.
