i. Biography
Stefan Fäth is the chef and owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant Jellyfish in Hamburg, Germany. Born in Aschaffenburg, he trained at Schlosshotel Mespelbrunn and honed his culinary craft across premier German kitchens, including serving as sous chef for Dieter Müller aboard the MS Europa and at Seven Seas. Since acquiring Jellyfish in September 2019, he earned a Michelin star for the restaurant and was inducted into Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE) Deutschland.
