Supawit 'Palm' Muttarattana is the co-founder and beverage director of Dry Wave Cocktail Studio in Bangkok. His previous hospitality experience in the city includes leadership roles with Watermelon Group and Foodie Collection, as well as co-founding Backstage Cocktail Bar. He began his Bangkok bartending career at The St. Regis Bangkok in 2009.
