Théophile Pourriat

Théophile Pourriat is a co-founder and associate director in the Paris hospitality group behind Septime, Clamato, Septime La Cave, and Tapisserie. He is publicly described as a key operator in the group’s success, responsible for the rhythm of the team and the organization of the space, and he also co-authored the 2021 Phaidon book tied to the Septime universe. The group’s venues are concentrated in Paris’ 11th arrondissement, with Septime established first and Tapisserie later added in 2020–2021.
