Warren Chow

Warren Chow is the executive chef of Wildlight Kitchen + Bar in Vancouver, where he leads a menu centered on West Coast ingredients, seasonal sourcing, and an approachable modern style. Born and raised in British Columbia, he worked in respected kitchens including The PearTree Restaurant and Mission Hill Family Estate Winery before becoming executive chef at Juniper Kitchen & Bar and Bauhaus Restaurant. He was named the inaugural MICHELIN Guide Vancouver Young Chef Award winner and was later recognized by Business in Vancouver’s Forty under 40.
