Emmett Burke is the owner of Emmett’s on Grove in New York City, a Midwest-inspired supper club at 39 Grove Street in the West Village that specializes in tavern-style thin-crust pizza and Italian-American fare. He is also the founder and owner of Emmett’s, the SoHo Chicago-style pizzeria that opened in 2013, and Emmett’s on Grove was created after the success of that original restaurant.
