Hailey Pruitt is the Wine Director and Certified Sommelier at the Michelin-starred restaurant Mixtli and its bottle shop and wine bar, The Cellar at Mixtli, in San Antonio, Texas. Since joining Mixtli in 2022, she has become known for spotlighting Mexican viticulture, low-intervention wines, and female winemakers., Pruitt received the Michelin Guide Texas Outstanding Service Award alongside bar director Lauren Beckman.
