Lauren Beckman is the bar director at Mixtli, the Michelin-starred progressive Mexican restaurant in San Antonio, Texas, where she oversees the bar and cocktail program. In 2024, she and sommelier Hailey Pruitt received the Michelin Guide Texas Outstanding Service Award for Mixtli’s front-of-house beverage and service leadership.
