Rico Torres is a chef and co-owner of Mixtli in San Antonio, Texas, a progressive Mexican tasting-menu restaurant he opened with Diego Galicia in 2013. Mixtli became San Antonio’s first Michelin-starred restaurant, and Torres and Galicia were named Food & Wine Best New Chefs.
