Jaeyoung Lee

Jaeyoung Lee is the Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen, where he oversees the hotel’s three restaurants, one lounge, and premium banqueting operations. Four Seasons states that he joined Four Seasons Hotel Seoul as Executive Chef in 2015 and later brought his culinary vision to Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai before taking the Shenzhen role; the hotel also says he was born in Gyeongju, South Korea, and has more than 20 years of culinary leadership at hotels.
