James Hu

James Hu is the Executive Chinese Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen, where he leads Zhuo Yue Xuan, the hotel’s Cantonese restaurant. In April 2026, Four Seasons announced his appointment to the Shenzhen property after prior experience at Four Seasons Hotel Dalian and senior roles in Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Beijing.
