Jean-Pierre Latour is the winemaker and manager of Domaine Latour-Giraud in Meursault, Burgundy, where the estate says he oversees wine production, aging, and marketing. He has taken over the domaine in 1993 after working with his father from 1983, and having introduced organic farming practices and lower yields at the estate.
