i. Biography
Louis-Philippe Bovard has led Domaine Louis Bovard in Cully, in Switzerland’s Lavaux UNESCO wine region, since 1983, when he took over the family estate as the 10th generation of the Bovard family. He is a pioneering Swiss winemaker and owner-producer who introduced varieties such as Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Syrah to Lavaux and advanced lees- and barrel-aging for Chasselas.
