Nandu Jubany is a Catalan chef and restaurateur from Monistrol de Calders, best known as the founder of Can Jubany in Calldetenes, which he opened with his wife Anna Orte in 1995. The restaurant earned a Michelin star three years later and became the flagship of a broader hospitality group that later expanded into multiple dining and events projects across Catalonia, Andorra, the Balearic Islands, and Singapore. He is the chef behind Can Jubany and a Michelin-starred chef associated with several later ventures, including work connected to Messi’s hospitality projects.
