Pierre Frindel

Alsace-born Pierre Frindel is Head Chef of the Michelin-starred Le Favori at Les Sources de Cheverny. He trained with Joel Robuchon and Pierre Gagnaire in London and Hong Kong, worked with Yannick Alleno at Pavillon Ledoyen, and developed his product-led approach alongside Nicolas Masse at La Grand'Vigne. Frindel took charge of Le Favori in February 2025, where his precise, nature-led cooking keeps vegetables, fish and meat in clear balance.
