Ronald Akili is the hotelier and founder behind Potato Head and Desa Potato Head in Bali. His hospitality work places design, culture and environmental responsibility in the same operating model; Desa Potato Head's carbon-neutral and zero-waste initiatives earned the property The World's 50 Best Hotels Eco Hotel Award in 2025.
