Hadrien Moudoulaud

Hadrien Moudoulaud is a Paris bartender and co-founder of Bar Nouveau. He worked at Little Red Door, Bonhomie, Mezcaleria, Artesian in London and Le Syndicat before opening Bar Nouveau in June 2023 with his twin sister Sara Moudoulaud, Rémy Savage and Marc Puzzuoli. In 2026 he remained active across Bar Nouveau and Abstract while teaching creative development through World Class France.
