Sara Moudoulaud

Sara Moudoulaud is a Paris bartender and co-founder of Bar Nouveau. Her career includes Bespoke, Little Red Door, Artesian in London and Le Syndicat before she opened Bar Nouveau in June 2023 with her twin brother Hadrien Moudoulaud, Rémy Savage and Marc Puzzuoli. The bar pairs an Art Nouveau ground floor with a technique-led lower room, and current industry material identifies Moudoulaud as both an operator and bartender there.
