i. Biography

Rémy Savage is a French-Irish bartender and hospitality entrepreneur whose work combines philosophy, art and drinks. After leading programmes at Little Red Door, Artesian and Le Syndicat, he co-founded Bar Nouveau in Paris with Sara and Hadrien Moudoulaud and Marc Puzzuoli. He received the 2021 Industry Icon Award and the 2022 Spirited Award for International Bartender of the Year, and continues to develop art-led bars through the wider Abstract group.
