Marc Puzzuoli

Marc Puzzuoli is a bartender, operator and co-founder of Bar Nouveau in Paris. After experience at Swift in London, he joined Rémy Savage and twins Sara and Hadrien Moudoulaud to create Bar Nouveau. French registry records list Puzzuoli as president of the active company operating the bar at 5 Rue des Haudriettes and as president of the later Paris Abstract company.
