Mak Kwai-pui

Mak Kwai-pui is the founding chef of Tim Ho Wan, the Hong Kong dim sum restaurant brand that began in Sham Shui Po in 2009 and later became known for earning a Michelin star while offering relatively affordable dim sum. Before opening Tim Ho Wan, he worked at Lung King Heen at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. Mak Kwai-pui is the chef who started the brand with Leung Fai Keung and opened the original 20-seat restaurant in Sham Shui Po.
