Michael Rafidi is a Palestinian-American chef and restaurateur who owns the Michelin-starred Albi in Washington, D.C.'s Navy Yard, opened in 2020, and the Levantine-inspired cafe Yellow in Georgetown, opened in 2022. He previously served as Executive Chef at RN74 in San Francisco and at Arroz and Requin in Washington, D.C. In 2024, Rafidi was named the James Beard Foundation's Outstanding Chef of the Year.
