Olivier Berrouet is the winemaker at Château Pétrus in Pomerol, Bordeaux, succeeding his father Jean-Claude Berrouet in 2008 at age 29 after training at Château Cheval Blanc, Château Haut-Brion, and Domaine de la Romanée-Conti.
